Ten Tun Brew House
Started in 2023 by beer enthusiasts Jason Delaney and Dave Hall the Ten Tun Brew House has been producing small batch individual brews to satiate the thirsty customers of the Ten Tun Tap House and bars across the country.
Focusing on first wave craft beer styles, modern and classic hop combinations, robust stouts and heavy tunes.

Vibrant Forest
Vibrant Forest Brewery was created in a very small garage in 2011 by Kevin Robinson.
Starting as a small part-time hobby business we have now grown steadily to occupy 4 modern industrial units on the edge of the New Forest National Park
We brew all of our beer to the best of our ability and are not guided by budget constraints but by our own imaginations and passion.
All of our beer is natural and 100% vegan friendly. We do not filter or use finings which means our beer is often hazy, as nature intended. We believe this means a pint with as much flavour and aroma as possible.
Experimentation is at the heart of what Vibrant Forest does so it is unlikely you will see the same core products on the shelves as we rotate our large portfolio of products, which we firmly believe keeps things more interesting. We only want to make beers we want to drink ourselves and will not be forced in to brewing novelty beers with the aim of increased PR.

AlgeBrew
AlgeBrew was born from a shared love (borderline obsession) of beer and a background in Mathematics. What started as two friends experimenting with stovetop homebrew kits has evolved into a fully licensed commercial brewery. Based in Petersfield, AlgeBrew is committed to creating a sustainable, community driven business rooted in a passion for great quality modern beer.
AlgeBrew’s focus is on brewing modern, drinkable styles. Expect the core range to feature hop forward hazy IPAs, crisp and bitter West Coasts, and classic Cask Ales with a modern twist. There is also a focus on creating innovative, unique, one-off beers that move with the brewing seasons. Expect bold fruited sours in the spring, crisp lagers in the summer, malt forward Red IPAs in the autumn and heavily roasted Imperial Stouts for those winter months by the fire.

Born in Kingsley, Hampshire, we’re a small-batch microbrewery brewing on a 1000L kit with one simple mission: make great beer for good and build a space people want to be part of.

Absuma is an alternative rock band from Littlehampton. Gritty. Joyful. Rough around the edges.

Casemates Studios plays a vital role in supporting grassroots music, providing an accessible space where emerging artists can create, rehearse, and record. By nurturing local talent and fostering collaboration, the studios help musicians at the start of their journey build confidence, develop their sound, and connect with their communities.
We’ve partnered with Casemates Studios to bring you our new Introducing Stage.
This new stage is designed as a discovery zone. Expect a mix of genres, fresh faces, and electric performances of up-and-coming artists all enclosed within our even bigger real ale and cider tent. The Introducing Stage reinforces Barn Door Events’ commitment to supporting grassroots talent and ensuring that music stays at the heart of Beers in the Barn.
Alongside the already announced 4 live bands on our main stage, the all new Introducing Stage will bring another 10 original acts to Beers in the Barn! That means you’ll now get access to 7 live bands per session.

How to get there
The Black Barn is situated on Hayling Island opposite the Lidl and is a short 7 minute walk from the bus stop on the 30 and 31 bus routes.
The Portsmouth to Hayling ferry is a great option for those cycling from the city.
We also have some very limited parking at the venue, although who wants to drive to a beer festival?
Several taxi firms operate around the island however we do recommend booking well in advance.

Included with our standard ticket is entry for 1 session of Beers in the Barn 2026, an exclusive festival tasting glass and 2 beer tokens to get your started.
Our “One for All” ticket gets you entry for 1 session, an exclusive festival glass and unlimited pours of beers for the duration of the session.

Each session is 5.5 hours long, plenty of time to drink beer, chat, dance and enjoy some local street food.
Please Note: All bars will stop serving 10 minutes before the end of the session.

Beer can only be purchased with our token system. Tokens will be available from our barn bar and can be purchased with all major debit cards.
Individual bars will show the number of tokens required for each beer.
“All for one” ticket holders don’t need to buy tokens simply show your wristband to get unlimited pours.
Tokens / wristbands cannot be redeemed for food or merchandise.

If you are fortunate enough to look close to or under the age of 18 our staff may ask you for valid ID when you collect your wristband.

So it looks like Beers in the Barn isn’t the event for you.
We will have a small house bar serving a limited selection of soft drinks and wines but please note the “All for One” wristband cannot be used to purchase items from this bar.

As this is primarily a beer festival and a bar environment we cannot have anyone under the age of 18 at the venue.
