Craft Beer
Powder Monkey Brewing Co
Powder Monkey Brewing Company is housed out of an historic gunpowder magazine that has been restored and repurposed as modern microbrewery to brew explosive tasting craft beer. This marriage of tradition and creativity is reflected in our range of beers as our Head Brewer Mark enjoys delving into the history of different beer styles before re-imaging them with modern twists utilising a background in biochemistry under the ethos ‘Great beers are born where science meets creativity’.
Our core beers focus on styles that bring bold flavours while retaining drinkability for beers that are ‘sessionable with substance’, this core range spans hop-forward IPAs and pale ales as well as lagers and stouts. We also produce an ever-changing range of speciality beers that allow us to push the boundaries of beer styles, developing beers that has been brewed with ingredients such as osmanthus flowers, pine needles and hibiscus to list just a few!
Staggeringly Good Brewery
Hatched in 2015 by three clean shaven friends with an obsession for beer and dinosaurs, Staggeringly Good have quickly become known as one of the UK’s leading breweries ranking consistently in the TOP 20 in the country on Untappd.
Escapist Brew Co
Brewing bangin', hop forward craft beers in the West Sussex countryside. Currently serving predominantly their craft beer bar, The Escapist in Chichester city centre. Come and check us out if you're on the south coast.
Vibrant Forest
Vibrant Forest Brewery was created in a very small garage in 2011 by Kevin Robinson.
Starting as a small part-time hobby business we have now grown steadily to occupy 4 modern industrial units on the edge of the New Forest National Park
We brew all of our beer to the best of our ability and are not guided by budget constraints but by our own imaginations and passion.
All of our beer is natural and 100% vegan friendly. We do not filter or use finings which means our beer is often hazy, as nature intended. We believe this means a pint with as much flavour and aroma as possible.
Experimentation is at the heart of what Vibrant Forest does so it is unlikely you will see the same core products on the shelves as we rotate our large portfolio of products, which we firmly believe keeps things more interesting. We only want to make beers we want to drink ourselves and will not be forced in to brewing novelty beers with the aim of increased PR.
Little Monster Brewing co
Globally inspired, locally crafted. Brewing fresh, modern, big flavoured beers. Collaborating and innovating. Always improving! Based in Chichester, West Sussex Little Monster Brewing Company was founded by award winning brewer Brenden Quinn who has had a passion for locally produced craft beer since he was introduced to it when travelling in Canada back in 2000.
Siren Craft Brew
Siren Craft Brew was born in 2013 with a simple idea in mind: to introduce exciting, full-flavoured and forward-thinking beers to as many people as possible.
Our philosophy is always to make the beer we want to make. This means sourcing the best ingredients, regardless of cost, and refusing to let anything out of the door that doesn't meet our standards. It's an unconventional approach, but one that is key to everything we do.
Take our Breakfast Stout 'Broken Dream' for instance, we felt that to get the complexity of flavour we were looking for we needed to work with a specialist in their field to pick the right coffee, the right quantity and used in the right way. In this endeavour the cost of our coffee costs more than many breweries spend on hops in a hoppy beer. But is it worth it…absolutely.
We believe that beer is still vastly underestimated in the UK. There's a beer for everyone, a whole host of aromas, flavours, colours and textures to enjoy. Our mission is to get everyone on that journey of discovery.
